We market and manage a small, curated portfolio of residences in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Each property is photographed, verified and published with complete specifications, so enquiries arrive from tenants who already understand the layout, price and availability.

Owners receive a single point of contact for viewings, tenant screening, agreement paperwork and handover, plus optional furnishing through our interior and furnishing packages.

Property types we accept

Apartments, penthouses, townhouses, villas, standalone houses and residential land in Colombo and the surrounding suburbs. Both furnished and unfurnished properties are accepted; furnishing can be arranged before listing if you prefer to target the short-let and expatriate market.

How the listing process works

1. Submit the form above with the location, size, bedrooms, expected rent and a link to your photos. 2. Our team reviews the details and contacts you to confirm the marketing price and availability. 3. We arrange professional photography if required. 4. The listing is published with a dedicated page, gallery and enquiry form. 5. We coordinate viewings and pass qualified tenants to you.

Management and owner support

After a tenancy begins we remain the contact point for coordination between tenant and owner: renewals, maintenance escalation, handover inspections and re-listing when the property becomes available again. You can reach the team by phone, email or WhatsApp through the contact page.
